As part of our commitment to meet your expectations, we have implemented a Charter for the protection of your personal data. This Charter materializes our commitments to you and describes the terms and conditions according to which EXPERIENCIAH uses your personal data.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
In this chapter, “EXPERIENCE” means:
The company EXPERIENCIAH SA, a company with its registered office at 60 rue d’Alger in Casablanca;
Subsidiaries and other companies affiliated with EXPERIENCIAH SA involved in hotel activities
Hotels operated under one of the EXPERIENCIAH brands worldwide
WHAT PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED?
At various times, we may need to collect information about you and people accompanying you, including:
- Contact details such as name, first name, telephone number, and email address.
- Personal information such as date of birth and nationality.
- Information about your children, such as first name, date of birth, and age.
- Your credit card number, to make transactions and reservations.
- information on an identification document, such as an ID card, passport, or driver’s license.
- Your EXPERIENCIAH loyalty program membership number or another partner program, as well as information about your activities within this program.
- Your arrival and departure dates.
- Your preferences and interests such as smoking or non-smoking room, preferred floor, type of bedding, print media preferences, cultural interests, food and beverage preferences, etc.
- Your questions or comments during or after your stay in one of the EXPERIENCIAH company establishments.
- Technical and location information generated by the use of our websites and applications.
ON WHAT OCCASIONS IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED?
Personal information may be collected in a variety of contexts, such as:
Hotel activities:
- Room reservation;
- Registration and payment;
- Stay at the hotel and use its services;
- Consumption of drinks or meals at the hotel bar or restaurant during the stay;
- Requests, complaints, and/or disputes.
Participation in marketing programs or events:
- Registration for loyalty programs;
- Respond to satisfaction surveys;
- Participate in online games or competitions;
- Subscription to newsletters to receive offers and promotions by email.
- Transmission of third-party information:
- Tour operators, travel agencies (online or not), GDS booking systems and others;
Internet Activities:
- Connection to sites (IP address, cookies in accordance with our policy on the use of tracers);
- Online collection forms (online booking, questionnaires, EXPERIENCIAH pages on social networks, connection devices using your social network identifiers, exchanges with a conversational agent or “chatbot”).
CONDITIONS OF ACCESS BY THIRD PARTIES TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA.
EXPERIENCIAH is present in several cities in Morocco. This implies that we must share your personal data with recipients under certain conditions. For example, data relating to your stays, preferences, satisfaction, and loyalty program may be shared between hotels operating under an EXPERIENCIAH brand, in order to improve the quality of service and your experience.
You may object to the sharing of this information at any time by contacting the Personal Data Protection Department, whose contact details are provided in the “Your rights” section.
Only the following may, within the limits of their respective attributions, be recipients of the information: Internal personnel authorized to process the data and natural or legal persons authorized to process them by virtue of a legal provision or in the execution of a contractual or conventional obligation, in particular the host of the website and the supplier of the solution enabling online reservations.
The provider of the online booking solution is located outside Morocco, a transfer of data abroad is carried out while ensuring a level of protection of your personal data, i.e. guaranteed in compliance with the legislation on the transfer of personal data. This transfer has been notified to the CNDP.
Finally, as part of local regulations, we may be required to transmit your information to local authorities if this is required by law or as part of an investigation.

You may also, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of your data.
This processing is currently being notified to the CNDP.

We reserve the right to modify this charter regularly. For this reason, we recommend that you consult it frequently, especially if you make a reservation in one of our hotels.
